Key Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time support to airline customers via live chat, addressing flight bookings, cancellations, baggage policies, and other inquiries.

  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to airline services and escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in all customer interactions.
  • Keep updated on airline policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information.
  • Log customer interactions and feedback in the airlines support system for future reference.
