As a Marketing Analyst, your work will support our larger mission to become Earth's Best Employer, and you'll apply high standards to deliver measurable marketing results.About the OpportunityAs a Marketing Analyst on our Amazon Employer Brand team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with Employer Brand and Recruiting teams globally, using your strong analytical skills to support multiple teams with regular production of meaningful and scalable metrics and analytics. You'll utilize ETL, automation, and data visualization to provide actionable insights that align with strategic goals. You'll develop and maintain recruiting and workforce metrics & scorecards, conduct statistical analyses, and establish efficient processes for large-scale data analyses. You'll also provide ad-hoc data analysis to support decision-making.Key Responsibilities* Build reports and analyses utilizing QuickSight and advanced SQL skills* Communicate data clearly and effectively, both written and verbal* Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc.* Write Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) jobs to calculate business metrics* Partner with operations/business teams to develop and automate reporting solutions and process improvements* Monitor and troubleshoot operational or data issues in the data pipelines* Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions and present business reviews to senior management regarding progress and roadblocksAbout You* 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience* 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or similar roles* Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Quicksight, and Excel) data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables* Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines* Experience writing complex SQL queries* Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications* Experience in multi-territory campaign management* Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process* Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift* Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets* Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams* Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaignsAbout Our Company CultureAt Amazon, we value diverse experiences and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
