As a Market Trainer on our Offline Marketing and Sales team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our eero product line and delivering an exceptional customer experience in offline retail stores.Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced and results-driven Market Trainer to join our team in Miami, Atlanta, or the DC Metro area. As a Market Trainer, you'll be responsible for managing a territory of offline retail stores, executing and managing in-store product transitions, and collecting market insights to inform product, feature, and channel marketing decisions. You'll serve as the Amazon expert, influencing without authority to drive project deliverables, improve brand advocacy, and enhance the customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Market Trainer, you'll be responsible for:• Using business acumen and critical thinking skills to identify trends, drive root cause analyses, and resolve issues in store operations across your market• Collecting business and market insights from consumers and store associates to inform product, feature, and channel marketing decisions• Managing weekly travel to a large territory of retailers, utilizing sales tools and store profiles to impact sales and brand advocacy• Developing professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Area Managers, Regional Managers, General Managers, and store associates• Driving KPIs to increase sales through the offline retail channel and achieving goals in business areas such as advocacy, compliance, metrics, trainings, coverage, team, and org• Completing daily in-store reports to document visits, including submitting digital photos• Effectively installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining display devices and fixtures in various national retail stores• Delegating and influencing to drive exceptional results in your market, including executing standard operating procedures, identifying areas of improvement, implementing solutions, and providing ongoing feedback to store managers, regional leaders, and corporate stakeholders• Inventing, simplifying, and sharing best practices• Managing in-store product transitions and retailer communications• Ensuring the Amazon in-store experience and merchandising is properly implemented and maintained across retailers within your direct team and area per provided standards of execution• Educating store associates on the value of Amazon and eero devices and services in small and large group settings• Conducting sales and training during large-scale events based on program/market needs• Providing clear, concise, accurate, and timely communication (verbal and written) to the right internal and external stakeholders with national impact• Managing travel and work expensesAbout the TeamThe Amazon Offline Sales & Marketing team is responsible for selling Amazon devices into physical retailers across the United States and Canada.
