This role is responsible for aligning IT strategy with business goals, ensuring that technology investments deliver maximum value, and enabling scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions across the organization. Your Role : Architecture Strategy & Governance • Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, principles, and standards. • Develop multi-year architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy and digital transformation goals. • Lead architecture governance processes to ensure compliance and consistency. Technology Planning & Integration • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to inform strategic planning. • Guide the integration of systems, platforms, and data across business units. • Collaborate with solution architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive architecture. Stakeholder Engagement • Partner with senior leadership to translate business needs into technology strategies. • Communicate architectural vision and decisions to technical and non-technical audiences. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and efficiency. Risk Management & Security • Ensure architecture supports robust cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. • Identify and mitigate architectural risks related to scalability, performance, and interoperability. Domain • Domain Expertise • Documenting solution documents • Banking solution experience is must • Mobile application architecture • Understanding of General Ledger, Payments, Accounts area' Your Profile • 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture or related leadership roles. • Banking domain experience is must • Proven experience with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), microservices, APIs, and data architecture. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills (Not mandatory) • Certification in TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architecture, or similar. • Experience in digital transformation, business process Modeling, and agile methodologies. • Familiarity with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
