My client is a leading Main / Principal Interiors Contractor, providing products and services to create high end luxury interior environments in the High End Residential, Leading Hotels and Restaurants in the London and the UK. They focus on winning complex and interesting projects often involving new build extensions, cut & carves, complex groundworks and the introduction of basements to existing properties.

The Assistant Project Manager Role

Based in London they have an exciting opportunityfor an Assistant Project Manager to join their site based project delivery construction teams. They are seeking an experienced post-graduate who specializes in construction, and in particular interior fit-out and refurbishment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

·Assist Project Managers in their roles & responsibilities

·Liaison with stakeholders and third parties.

·Assist with developing the client project brief.

·Responsibilities and accountabilities for assigned projects.

·To deliver to Budget and program and to achieve margin,

·Ability to assist with managing multiple projects.

·Management of internal support services.

·Management of project resources and third party teams

The Successful Assistant Project Manager Role:

·Preferred experience of working on high end interiors projects in sectors such as high end residential and hotel projects.

·Preferred strong technical knowledge of construction techniques.

·Preferred would be a good understanding of building design.

·Preferred would be a good understanding of commercial management of building works projects.

·Good numerical skills

·Good IT and software operation skills.

·Excellent communication skills.

·Ideally hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid related qualifications
