What you do?

Your key responsibility is to work with counselor in solving real-time challenges across APAC companies through technology to enhance, enable and evolve.

Functional Consultant Role:

·Contribute in conceptualizing innovative solutions based on anticipated needs of the industry.

·Generate qualified leads through market research, and client introduction, to assist the organization in presenting business value to the clients.

·Perform competitor analysis and ground intelligence to assist the organization in presenting business value to the clients.

·Design and perform exploratory data analysis, identify meaningful information out of data.

·Functional Consulting that involves facilitating business processes, provide advice and support to businesses about technology to address a client or organization’s business needs.

·This role calls out the ability to problem-solve, think critically, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively. Key Functional skills include but not restricted to, Business Analysis, Project Management, Human resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Etc.

Technical Consultant Role:

·Contribute in conceptualizing innovative solutions based on anticipated needs of the industry.

·Generate qualified leads through market research, and client introduction, to assist the organization in presenting business value to the clients.

·Perform competitor analysis and ground intelligence to assist the organization in presenting business value to the clients.

·Design and perform exploratory data analysis, identify meaningful information out of data.

·Technical Consulting that involves understanding and designing client’s requirements, technical implementation, application/business rules configuration, training and manage the solution deployment.

·This role calls out technical know-how through education, training, and practical experience, and involve proficiency in using tools, equipment, software, and other technologies. Key Technical skills include but not restricted to, programming, data analysis, graphic design, web development,. etc.
