This is a versatile role that requires you to be both warehouse-savvy and customer-friendly. Full list of benefits at https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/this-is-ikea/work-with-us/</li></ul><h2>What you’ll need to have</h2><ul><li>Previous warehouse and customer service experience is beneficial but not essential, all you will need is the motivation to make things happen in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to prioritise and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail.</li><li>Proven experience in utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.</li><li>Ensure you are prepared to initiate tasks on your own initiative and eager to work together as part of our team and collaborate with various departments.</li><li>Compliance with health and safety guidelines necessitates that applicants are 18 years of age or older</li><li>Attention to detail with regards to stock handling and quality.</li></ul><h2>What you’ll be doing day to day</h2><ul><li>Serving customers in the warehouse with a smile, balancing both warehouse and customer-facing responsibilities.</li><li>You will manually handle heavy stock and keep accurate records of stock movements.</li><li>Working with or around heavy machinery, such as Forklift trucks, counterbalance, pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods around the warehouse.</li><li>Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.</li><li>Ensuring stock is organised and available while collaborating with other departments across the store.</li><li>You will be picking customer orders and scanning products into the warehouse.</li></ul><h2>We care for the people</h2><p>It takes the diversity of thought, background, and culture to make great ideas a reality.
