This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with strong administrative and customer service skills, particularly in a digital environment, to contribute to a friendly and supportive organisation.<br><br>The successful candidate will be responsible for handling live chat enquiries, email support, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth customer interactions and back-office processes.
