Train Service Delivery Managers are responsible for optimising Scotland’s train services through the co-ordination of multiple resources and ensure performance levels are maintained to meet the needs of our customers. This is a critical role to ensure ScotRail’s train services continue to run with minimal disruption through the effective assessment and mitigation of unplanned events including adverse weather, network issues and train delays.
