We actively encourage our pupils to learn to respect themselves and each other and to value individual differences.<br><br>Hours: 9 hours and 10 mins/week term time only (11.50a.m. - 1.40p.m.)<br><br>Salary: Grade 2 SCP 3<br><br>Location: Woodsetton School, Tipton Road, Sedgley, Dudley, DY3 1BY<br><br>We are looking to appoint a Children's Lunchtime Supervisor to join our highly successful, dedicated and supportive school team.<br><br>The main purpose for this role is to oversee, individually or as part of a team, the welfare and safety of all children during lunch times, ensuring that the children eat meals safely, treat others with respect and follow the school’s behaviour policy.<br><br>This will mainly involve supporting pupils to eat their lunch and supervising them in a specified area of the playground / field during playtime or within the classrooms during inclement weather. This will also encompass facilitating play opportunities and social interaction.<br><br>Closing date: Sunday 2nd November 2025<br><br>Interview Date: Thursday 6th or Friday 7th November 2025 (TBC)<br><br>We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children; therefore, the post is subject to medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.<br><br>All applicants must be able to provide documentation to prove their right to work in the UK.<br><br>Please note: Dudley MBC does not currently offer sponsorship for candidates without the Right to Work in the UK.<br><br>Effective from September 2022, KCSIE states as part of the shortlisting process schools and colleges should consider carrying out on-line searches, as part of the due diligence on shortlisted candidates.
