<div><h2>Overview</h2><p>Role: Station Staff (Shift & Relief) – Train Dispatch. Contract: Permanent. This role is with ScotRail, a partner serving the communities of Scotland. Flexibility is essential to meet shift requirements as varied turns of duty involved including weekend working. The relief post will have a contractual commitment to work, when required by the company up to a maximum of 13 Sundays per calendar year.</p><p>Reference salary £30,843 per annum, Training salary £22,944 per annum.</p><h2>Selection Process</h2><p>Selection process: Candidates short-listed will be invited to attend an assessment centre. Following assessment successful candidates will be invited to attend a competency-based interview. The final stage for successful candidates will be a medical examination and drug & alcohol screening. Training initially involves a 2-day virtual induction Training Programme.
