We’re looking for a results-oriented Senior Growth Marketing Executive to help us land and grow our search channels in the EU. You’ll work in a multidisciplinary team across performance marketing channels, and with regional marketing leads to bring in new personal and business banking customers in new markets.

You’ll collaborate with our data team, our marketing engineers, our product marketers, writers, creative teams, and external agencies to help us take Monzo into our next phase of growth.

As a Senior Growth Marketing Executive, you will shape and drive our growth through effective paid search campaigns for personal and business banking. You’ll be responsible for the success in launching and scaling campaigns, including but not limited to Google, Performance Max, App Ads, Microsoft Ads and Apple Search ad. Experience in Meta and TikTok is a plus, but not essential!

?? You’ll play a key role by…

  • Driving new growth for Monzo across Google, Apple Search, Microsoft and App ads, focused on user acquisition and cost efficiency
  • Contributing to our overall EU growth strategy including new and existing channel opportunities and forecasting
  • Setting up, optimising, analysing and reporting on campaign performance
  • Owning and executing the test and learn process across structure, automation, landing pages, ad copy and extensions
  • Utilising automation solutions available and optimising processes whilst identifying opportunities for process improvement, and providing recommendations
  • Working closely with our data team on improving channel efficiency with innovative test launches, performance analysis, data attribution and collaboration with platform specialists
  • Working closely with our brand, product marketing and creative studio to deliver high performance advertising, grounded around user insights and data
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, fellow marketing teams, and cross-functional teams
  • Partnering closely with the platforms feeding into best in class JBPs, structure, experimentation and areas for improvement

  • Have run successful Paid Search acquisition campaigns for a fast-growing business - preferably in financial services
  • Have experience with bid management and automation tools

  • Like to use data to tell a story about performance and understand how our customers engage with us
