<h2>About the role</h2><p>The Senior AV Producer - Theatrical will oversee translations and localization of A/V marketing materials to support our global theatrical campaigns. Your role will involve managing the localization production of high-impact content such as teasers, trailers, clips, social media content, and sizzle reels. You will coordinate with both internal and external teams to ensure that all materials meet the highest standards of quality and cultural relevance, supporting global marketing campaigns effectively.</p><p>You will:</p><ul><li>Manage localization strategy and production of our entire theatrical slate</li><li>Work with Motion GFX Producers, Dubbing Producers and Int’l Versioning Editors to finish, localize, and deliver Marketing AV assets (teasers, trailers, clips, social content, sizzle reels, etc.) to support our global marketing campaigns</li><li>Oversee day-to-day communication with cross-functional teams like Motion Graphics Leads Post teams, Dubbing Producers and Localization Producers in order to efficiently manage finishing and localization execution</li><li>Plan, schedule and manage internal and external AV production workflows and advise on delivery and budget risks</li><li>Help to build streamlined processes for collaborating with Campaign Management, Brand Management, and Theatrical Distribution to understand the goals and messaging of AV projects</li><li>Work with Technical QC team to ensure that all versions meet high-quality standards, maintain brand consistency, and are culturally relevant</li><li>Provide status updates and for multiple project partners in various systems</li></ul><p>In the role of Senior AV Producer - Theatrical, you will report to the Director, Marketing Globalization. This role is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement. Team members are expected to work <strong>two days per week</strong> from our London office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.</p><h2>About You</h2><p>We get excited about candidates, like you, because...</p><ul><li>You have experience with Theatrical Campaign Marketing. Anime knowledge or fandom a bonus.</li><li>You have 8+ years of experience in international mastering and versioning of marketing content in an entertainment studio, post production house, reactive agency</li><li>You are an expert in Marketing campaign workflows, including understanding the creative and AV Post Production process to support key beats</li><li>You are well-versed in theatrical AV file types, specifications, codecs, and wrappers including mastering and distribution, as well as social and digital formats while understanding the fundamentals of asset management, QC and trafficking. Familiarity with transcoding software such as Clipster, Transkoder, Elemental, EasyDCP, etc.</li><li>You are familiar with localization workflows, including motion graphic packages, subtitling and dubbing</li><li>You have experience managing a high volume of AV campaign types simultaneously in collaboration with global/remote teams</li><li>You are familiar with MPA guidelines (a plus, but not required)</li></ul><h2>About the Team</h2><p>Our Marketing Globalization org is the driving force behind the Translations, Localization, and Production of promotional materials across various lines of business.
