Reporting directly to the Head of Reward and working closely with the Reward Operations Team and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to deliver exceptional reward programmes across the business.<br><br>Our team is dedicated to providing expert advice and guidance tailored to various functional areas. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping leaders make informed decisions and ensuring that our reward initiatives align with the organisation's goals. Together, we strive to create a fair and motivating reward environment that supports our employees' growth and success.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Be Doing<br><br></strong>In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the Reward strategy, as well as executing tactical reward activities. You will lead core reward activities such as annual merit reviews, bonuses, recognition programmes, equal pay audits, salary surveys, job evaluations, benchmarking, and out-of-cycle pay proposals for your functional area.<br><br>Additionally, you will lead Reward projects and initiatives, contributing to the development of policies, pay guidelines, and procedures while offering research, analysis, and operational support to various functions.<br><br>With your strong stakeholder management skills and your reward expertise you will be invaluable as you provide data-driven insights to support decision-making advise leadership and HRBPs on pay decisions and policy interpretation, addressing compensation related queries from managers. You will provide guidance on benefits, share schemes and pension matters, actively participating in the Pensions & Benefits Governance Committee, and collaborate with the Internal Communications team to design and deliver engaging reward-related communications and training materials.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Bring To The Role<br><br></strong>You will have prior experience managing compensation and benefits activities within a multinational business and have outstanding Excel skills using advanced formulae, pivot tables, charts, etc on a daily basis..<br><br>You should be proactive and confident in acting on your own initiative, with strong relationship management skills and excellent stakeholder management abilities.<br><br>A good understanding of HR frameworks and tools, particularly in relation to job structure, sizing, and evaluation, is essential, with knowledge of Willis Towers Watson job evaluation methodology being highly desirable.<br><br>You will need to analyse and translate data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making while conveying complex technical information clearly and concisely. Strong time management, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure are crucial.<br><br>You should also be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, ready to contribute to our collaborative environment.<br><br><strong>Location & Hours of Work<br><br></strong>This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week.
