This initiative aims to centralise Local Authority Land Charge registers into a single, Land Registry-maintained system.</p> <p>You’ll manage several parallel projects, each with its own Local Authority stakeholders, ensuring delivery aligns with strict processes and performance measures set by HM Land Registry.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage Local Authority data digitisation projects throughout the lifecycle</li> <li>Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and track to tolerances</li> <li>Delivery projects to plan and in adherence to contractual SLA</li> <li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met</li> <li>Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion</li> <li>Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the digitisation process</li> <li>Identify and where necessary escalate project issues to the Programme Manager</li> <li>Identify and mitigate project risks</li> <li>Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders</li> <li>Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies</li> <li>Applying best practices in data digitisation and project management</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>You’ll be an experienced <strong>Project Manager</strong> with a strong track record of delivering complex, multi-stream projects.
