engaging, passionate, and friendly Hospitality Assistant

to join our team in a busy and dynamic workplace in central London.

Youll be part of a professional hospitality service delivering exceptional experiences to clients and guests every day. About the Role

Monday

Friday (40 hours per week) 07:00 to 15:30, 10:00 to 18:30 or 10:30 to 19:00 (must be flexible for all of these shift times) Provide a warm, professional, and engaging front-of-house experience

Support the setup, service, and breakdown of meetings, events, and hospitality areas

Prepare and serve refreshments, snacks and meals

Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene in all service areas

Respond promptly and positively to guest and client requests

Collaborate with catering, events, and facilities teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Support evening or special events occasionally (overtime paid) no two days are the same!
