We are currently hiring due to the expansion of our Welcome Team Department within The MAPD Group!

Overall purpose:

  • To become a Welcome Team Adviser, assisting existing clients and new customers with their legal queries and potential new business.
  • A key part of the role will be to take accurate information from our clients and callers regarding the help they need, whilst assessing their needs and providing accurate quotes for the service they require.
  • Our priorities as a business are to provide a helpful and quality service to new and existing clients, and contacts.

Our advisers handle interactions through multiple channels of communication (inbound and outbound calls and emails, and Online Chat, Social Media Messaging and SMS). It's important our advisers listen to our clients, communicate effectively and with kindness whilst guiding them through their journey with the business from start to finish.

Key accountabilities:

  • Deliver quality customer service, with kindness and efficiency
  • To be able to handle high volumes of calls and/or enquiries
  • Be organised and able to over come objections
  • Support the needs of the department and/or the business with additional tasks when required
  • Meet incoming communication expectations, including volume and service standards
  • Understand our client’s needs and progress their call effectively

Following initial training, we will support you to develop and progress to be the best you can be.

Preferred Skillset

  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service abilities
  • Experience in data entry and analysis skills
  • Ability to upsell products and services effectively
  • Previous experience in a contact center or similar environment is preferred
