In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and determining appropriate actions for resolution, delivering commercial KPI’s within our partner stores and increasing our digital presence. By interacting directly with customers through an online conversation platform, you will understand their needs, build trust and create a personal experience to be remembered.</p><h2>Who are we looking for?</h2><p>We need passionate team members who can help us capture the energy and initiative needed to deliver amazing customer service and sales each day. We are looking for people who are levelheaded, have a mature mind-set, combined with enthusiasm, energy and drive.
