<h2>Warehouse Automation Manager, Engineering</h2><p>Job Description<br>Responsible for the automation prototype design and standardization on conveyors , MHE projects<br>Responsible for the design and improvement on the existing FC MHE\'s (including Conveyor,Lifts and motorised equipment etc.)<br>Responsible for the research on new technology for the IN FC/SC/DS<br>Get involved in the new FC/SC/DS Material flow engg and layout design<br>Evaluate alternative solutions, best practices and benchmarks in the industry<br>Preparation of RFI/RFQ/ sizing SOW related to MHE’s<br>Knowledge of geared drives, Pneumatics, Belts, power requirement analysis<br>Knowledgeable in conveyor/auto equipment application engg ,specifications and PLC control system.<br>Good experience in conceptual Engg, layout design, Application engg knowledge<br>MHE vendor and product development. Techno-commercial discussions and assisting procurement and project team for timely completion of SLA’s<br>Vendor Pre-qualification, shortlisting and developing considering long terms goals<br></p><h2>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</h2><p>- 7+ years of manufacturing or manufacturing engineering experience<br>- Bachelor\'s degree<br>- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level</p><h2>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h2><p>- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement principles & techniques<br>- Experience in complex work environments, including (but not limited to robotics, automation, diagnostic and test equipment)<br><br>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
