The purpose of your role will be ensuring client needs and expectations are met through the effective processing of customer orders, accurate recording of data within the system and ensuring key information is communicated smoothly.

This role would be ideal for an enthusiastic individual with some previous administration experience and excellent attention to detail, who is looking to get stuck in within a busy warehouse administration environment where they can learn and grow.

Duties to include:

·Providing support to the Operations Manager to ensure a smooth process and that customer orders are fulfilled correctly & in a timely manner.

·Ensuring inventory is accurate at all times through careful recording of data.

·The booking in of POs through the company's systems.

·Reconciling and checking details of orders, ensuring the picking and packing is on time and complete.

·Confirming of all pick notes

·Liaising with our supervisors reconciling the outstanding pick notes

·Ensuring that at carrier requests for third party carrier have been completed and on time.

You will have/be:

·Previous administration experience would be desirable.

·Enthusiastic positive person with a "can do" approach.

·Good organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

·Strong communication skills and good telephone manner.

·The ability to cope under pressure and respond to demands.

·Adaptable to change with a problem-solving approach.

·Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office suite.

·The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
