With the consistent flow of guests throughout the day, our bars’ operations will give you the scope to engage with guests from early morning coffees to late night cocktails. **The **_“Experienced”_** For those with more experience as Waiting staff, our busy Brasserie will certainly provide you with a rewarding challenge. An all day service, exceeding 700 covers daily, will ensure that you will have the chance to engage with guests AND that you can build upon your skills.
