Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiting / Bar Staff. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent service, ensuring our customers have a positive and enjoyable experience from the moment they walk in the door. If you’re passionate about hospitality, love working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy making people smile, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Waiting Staff:

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers with attention to detail.
  • Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
  • Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about the menu.
  • Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions.

  • Bar Staff:

    • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
    • Create cocktails, handle drink orders, and ensure the bar area is stocked and clean.
    • Interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
    • Monitor customer intoxication levels and serve responsibly.
    • Assist in keeping the bar area organized and well-stocked.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a hospitality role (waiting or bar staff) is preferred but not required.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering great service.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
