👩🏻‍💼 ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE...

  • Communicate with clients daily to be appraised of their schedule availability
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically
  • Engage in ongoing learning to stay informed about company and industry updates.
  • Scheduling google calendar meetings for all appointments
  • Send customer and client group sms with appointment details
  • Send client a call transcript after each call
  • Take feedback from clients to refine communication with customers
  • Perform any admin tasks requested during low volume call times
  • Call past happy clients to request google maps review submission

💰 PAYMENT STRUCTURE

Part-Time: $450 usd/month (4-hr daily commitment)

Full-Time: $900 usd/month (8-hr daily commitment)

This is a flexible hybrid remote position. We have locations in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Venezuela, Columbia, Fiji, Kingston, New Zealand, Ireland and Jamaica. We have team members in Medellin, Bogata, Sao Paulo, Ramon Mejia, Cordoba, Manaus, Belfast, Puebla, Salvador, Ciudad Juárez, Leon, Guadalajara, Brasilia, Maracay, Belo Horizonte, San Andrés de Giles, Caracas, Dublin, Barquisimeto, Montego Bay, Suva, Curitiba, Auckland, Rio De Janeiro, Maracaibo, and Tijuana working in the office if that is preferred over remote work.
