<div><p>Workplace: White City, London - 2 days a week in the office</p><p><strong>The team</strong></p><p>ITV Creative is the in-house agency servicing ITV to promote its own content. We deliver 1,000s of campaigns every year spanning multiple media touchpoints, including CRM, performance marketing and social.</p><p>ITV is no longer just a broadcaster, but a streaming platform to rival the likes of Netflix, Amazon and BBC iPlayer. In order to deliver against our ambitions for ITVX, we’re shifting our focus in marketing to be more viewer led vs content led.</p><p>The production team is instrumental in delivering content to all platforms across the full marketing funnel. Our aim is to be the best in-house production team in the business. Driving efficiencies and always pushing for more be that in seeking out the best talent, 3rd party partners and creating exciting and innovative 360 content across all our platforms on budget, on time and strengthen ITV Creative’s profile within the business and the industry.</p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><p>The Team Producer’s core role is to support and produce campaigns for Marketing and Commercial platforms and wider ITV networks. Working closely with marketing, delivery management and all areas of our creative team.</p><p>The team producer needs to drive campaign timings, ensuring all deadlines are met and delivering campaign deliverables across all owned and paid platforms on time and on budget.</p><p>Experience working on integrated broadcast campaigns is essential, ITV Creative is always evolving in terms of content, delivery, formats and processes. The Team Producer needs to be flexible, agile and willing to learn new skills and techniques in an ever evolving industry.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Team Producers will have the flexibility and skillset to work across all areas Marketing and Commercial as and when needed</li><li>Being the central point of contact for production on any campaign, knowing the exact status of their campaigns, communicating this to the stakeholders and driving deliverables and timings plans.</li><li>Liaising with Delivery Management and Marketing to define and confirm the timing plan for each individual campaign, changing and reflecting any impact to timings and updating all stakeholders when needed.</li><li>Booking and managing facilities alongside the Post Production Producer when using internal facilities</li><li>Overseeing end to end production and delivery of all campaign deliverables ensuring delivery on time and on budget; updating line managers or Head of Campaign Production on any issues & working together to resolve them.</li><li>Working closely with the Head of Campaign Production and wider production team, ensuring best production practices are followed across the whole team</li><li>Implementing new ways of working and identifying any new processes and efficiencies to streamline ITV Creative ways of working.</li><li>Assisting as Production Manager/ Production Co-ordinator on larger campaigns as allocated by the senior production, while ensuring that day to day tasks are also completed.</li><li>Ensuring relevant programme material is sourced and clips are fully cleared, liaising with libraries and production companies when necessary. Overseeing the delivery and ingest of material, ensuring it is available to be used by creatives in edit suites at the appropriate time in the process, and ensuring campaign material is archived efficiently.</li><li>Working very closely with internal ITV compliance and external clearcast to ensure all campaigns adhere to the correct regulations and compliance codes.</li><li>Day to day completion of processing invoices, raising purchase orders and Eforms, legal contracts and NDAs are completed where relevant.</li><li>Working as one team to provide support to each others roles and campaigns where needed, being flexible to react to the ever changing timing plans and last minute requests where needed.</li><li>Being a key member of the Production Team striving for creative excellence and bringing discipline and rigour as well as sharing knowledge to ensure the application of best practices across the department.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills you’ll need </strong>(minimum criteria)</p><ul><li>Must have junior to midweight experience in a production role within an advertising agency or broadcast environment</li><li>Ability to produce and drive end to end campaigns working to tight deadlines, manage multiple projects and prioritize workload</li><li>Knowledge of deliverables and digital formats, shooting and delivery</li><li>Good computer literacy (MAC and PC)</li></ul><p><strong>Other things we’re looking for </strong>(key criteria)</p><ul><li>Highly motivated, strong team player, with excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail</li><li>Able to work in a collaborative way with peers and stakeholders within ITV</li><li>Ability to bring tasks to timely conclusion in professional and thorough manner</li><li>Ability to work under pressure, in a reactive environment with constant change</li><li>Recognising key relationships and making conscious effort to build rapport and strong working relationships across business areas</li></ul></div> #J-18808-Ljbffr
