About the Role:

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with needs such as Autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Help pupils develop life skills, manage emotions, and engage with learning
  • Work across primary and secondary settings depending on school needs
  • Be flexible and ready to adapt to different environments and pupils
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with staff and students alike
