Role Overview

Luminous is seeking a talented and organized TA & HR Assistant to support our talent acquisition efforts and provide administrative support for the HR Manager.

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, online job boards, social media, and internally.
    • Build a pipeline of candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter for all roles across our teams.
    • Review resumes and applications and schedule interviews with candidates and team members.
    • Create, maintain, and update an applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, online job boards, social media, and internally.
  • Build a pipeline of candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter for all roles across our teams.
  • Review resumes and applications and schedule interviews with candidates and team members.
  • Create, maintain, and update an applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  • Support the Head of People with onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Collaborate with members of the Senior Leadership team (hiring managers) to understand their teams needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
  • Assist in preparing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication in our warm Luminous tone.
  • Provide constructive and sensitive feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates, ensuring they receive a great first impression of what it's like to work for Luminous.

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR function and provide ongoing support for the Head of People.
  • Run HR Induction sessions for new starters.
  • Maintain employee records on our HRIS.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by uploading payslips on our HRIS.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports by collecting relevant data.

We are flexible about this being a full or part-time role.
