Summer 2026 Intern – Supply Chain

 

As a Summer 2026 Intern – Supply Chain at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in the Houston, TX facility, you will be a part of the beverage revolution! You will receive hands-on experience in supply chain, process optimization, and cross-functional communication. You’ll work closely with data, systems, and stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and help drive operational excellence.

 

Shift/Schedule:

  • The KDP 2026 internship program will run from June 1 – August 7, 2026
  • Full-time; 40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday
  • In-person in our Houston, TX facility

 

As a Supply Chain Intern you will:

  • Serve as central point of contact to ensure continual connectivity and high levels of execution
  • Provide strategy to better manage vendor supply issues including assisting with allocation management
  • Manage master supply chain data within KDP systems to ensure optimization and supply chain efficiencies
  • Execute inventory flow for successful transition of new items, discontinued items, pack size transitions and shelf reset
  • Identify ways to continuously improve supply chain performance

  • Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment
  • Receive mentor support for your professional development
  • Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
  • Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
  • Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business

Total Rewards:
  • $31.00/ hour
  • Paid bi-weekly
  • $2,500.00 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment

Requirements:
  • Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Business, Supply Chain, or another related field
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Process improvement, process mapping, analytical skills, and experience with Power BI are preferred
