We work with really exciting fashion brands from huge high street names to niche brands making their mark.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>We strive to make our studio a friendly and positive environment and aim to nurture our photographers, retouchers and assistants to become the best they can be in this challenging and rewarding sector.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>We are looking for an energetic Stock Control & Logistics Coordinator to join our production team. The position would suit a highly organised individual with a background in stock control / warehouse logistics who is looking to move into the production side of the fashion e-commerce industry.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Leading a team of 3 full time stock assistants, you will be responsible for generating the stock team schedule, managing the receipt, storage, and tracking of all incoming products across 2 LRP locations, ensuring all samples are prepared in a timely fashion and all deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of organisation and accountability.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>This is a full-time position with an annual salary of £30,000 working Monday to Friday at our studios.</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Deliveries and collections</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments against shot lists, delivery notes, and customer documentation</span></li><li><span>Process incoming deliveries – checking items for quality, quantity, and accuracy, and flagging any discrepancies.</span></li><li><span>Maintain control and accurate records of customer-owned goods, ensuring proper handling and storage</span></li><li><span>Log all incoming products and shipments in the inventory management system with precise labelling and identification</span></li><li><span>Resolve any issues related to misdirected or incorrect goods by coordinating with suppliers, couriers, and customers as needed</span></li><li><span>Arrangement of logistics for deliveries and returns via various courier accounts.</span></li><li><span>Ensuring product returns are clearly logged and dispatched in a timely manner.</span></li><li><span>Ensuring 100% duty care of all our client's products at LRP Studios.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Stock Movement Oversight and Storage Organisation</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Generating the stock team schedule to ensure all samples are prepared in a timely fashion and all deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of organisation and accountability.</span></li><li><span>Ensuring all preparation of client products for photography including checking in, steaming, pressing, racking and railing covering apparel, accessories and footwear are completed on time and up to the LRP stock prep standards.</span></li><li><span>Assisting with the movement of products between couriers and LRP production involving some heavy lifting of boxes and rails; manoeuvring product between LRP Studio spaces.</span></li><li><span>Ensuring all client products are in the right place at the right time across prep, storage, photography and retouch colour matching across 2 LRP locations.</span></li><li><span>Update tracking of all client products within the LRP workflow.</span></li><li><span>Constant monitoring and organising rotational control of all studio product stock.</span></li><li><span>Awareness of the status, location and readiness of all outstanding products to shoot ensuring nothing has been missed.</span></li><li><span>Implementing space-saving strategies.</span></li><li><span>Stockroom organisation and appearance, ensuring staff maintain order and tidiness at all times.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Troubleshooting and reporting</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Collaborate closely with clients to understand and meet their service needs.</span></li><li><span>Act as the initial contact for clients, requiring strong customer service and communication skills.</span></li><li><span>Trouble-shoot any stock issues in a timely manner and communicate findings to relevant team members.</span></li><li><span>Reporting to the Production Team on a regular basis, overviewing stock movements and potential discrepancies.</span></li><li><span>Maintaining a  positive attitude and professional manner toward all other employees, freelance staff, studio visitors and clients.</span></li><li><span>Continue looking for ways to improve the LRP Stock workflow</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><span>We are looking for a reliable and organised professional with a strong attention to detail and flexibility.
