Job Overview

The Sr. Product Manager will drive the vision and execution of Amazon s delivery experience strategy for MENA customers. With a focus on Arabic-speaking markets, this role combines strategic insight, operational delivery, and product ownership to enhance the customer journey and delivery promise. Candidates must demonstrate experience in leading product roadmaps, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities

* Own and define the roadmap for DEX improvement across MENA
* Lead cross-functional alignment on new product and program initiatives
* Evaluate program success through business metrics and customer feedback
* Deliver improvements in last-mile delivery performance and customer satisfaction
* Influence regional stakeholders and global teams on strategy and execution
* Author business cases and data-driven proposals for leadership review
* Translate business needs into scalable product features and enhancements
* Monitor program KPIs and lead course corrections to ensure successful delivery
Job Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in product management, business development, or strategy
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably in business, technology, or logistics
* Demonstrated ability to own product vision and manage end-to-end delivery
* Strong financial and business judgment to evaluate P&L and initiative ROI
* Fluent in Arabic (required for market relevance and communication)
Preferred Qualifications

* Experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior decision-makers
* Background in e-commerce, logistics, or technology-driven marketplaces
* Ability to build structured, customer-obsessed strategies for scalable execution
