<p><strong>Sr. Full Stack Developer - Asset Management Firm - London / Manchester (Hybrid) - Basic salary of up to £85,000 + Bonus and Additional Benefits package</strong></p><p><br>Hays are currently working exclusively with a leading asset management firm assisting them in the recruitment of an experienced Full Stack Developer on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will require candidates to work in a hybrid capacity, 3 days per week in office, in either Central London or Manchester.This is a great opportunity for an experienced developer to join an established development team within a high-end financial services firm. </p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><p>We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic full-stack developer to join the team on a permanent basis. This person will join a 5-person development team and will be responsible for collaborating with various cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient software solutions that help drive the business to new heights. You will also be responsible for improving performance in the business' cloud hosted environment, while also acting as an SME on all architectural and tech stack improvements.<br>Skill set requirements:</p><ul><li>7+ years professional experience in a software development role, specifically .NET Core, SQL Server, and Cloud Native Technologies and Services (Azure)</li><li>Experience managing complex requirements and expectations for senior stakeholders.</li><li>Experience within Financial Services, specifically asset management / AML / Financial Crime (Beneficial)</li></ul><p>What you'll get in return:</p><ul><li>Starting salary of up to £85,000</li><li>Up to 12% pension (6% cont. / 6% match)</li><li>25 days annual leave + Bank holidays</li><li>Hybrid working option (3 days / 2 days)</li><li>Annual bonus of between 10% and 25%, depending on personal and company performance.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
