<p>We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Underwriter to join our client, who are a specialist mortgage lender. </p><p>The Underwriter will be responsible for the packaging and processing of mainly residential but some buy-to-let mortgage applications in accordance with company criteria and policy. </p><p>You will utilise your customer service skills and mortgage industry knowledge to deliver a great service to the brokers and/or third parties and collate all relevant information in order for the request to be reviewed for a final decision appropriately. You will also be adding value by educating brokers on products, criteria and processes. </p><p><strong>We are looking for </strong><br>- Minimum of 3 years experience within Specialist Mortgage Underwriting, with a mandate<br>- CeMap qualified<br>- Underwriting experience needs to be within the last 2 years </p><p><br>This role is fully remote based, and you will be provided with the latest I.T equipment to ensure you are working efficiently. </p><p>Our client is looking to pay up to £45,000 with an opportunity to earn an intercompany yearly bonus.
