<div><h2>Overview</h2><p>As Social Media Supervisor for Disney Store EMEA, you\'ll lead organic social strategy, content planning, calendar management, and performance insights across platforms. Working within the Brand Marketing team, you\'ll create inclusive campaigns that drive engagement, grow awareness among new audiences, and support e-commerce traffic across the region. You\'ll collaborate with acquisition, brand, PR, and digital teams to align paid and organic efforts, activate brand moments, and amplify reach. The role also supports performance marketing teams across EMEA by coordinating and sharing creative assets. This is a fixed-term contract position located at our London office in Hammersmith, requiring four days of on-site attendance per week.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Partner with the Brand Marketing Manager, EMEA, to shape and deliver Disney Store\'s social media strategy, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and is approved prior to publishing</li><li>Plan and manage quarterly content calendars that reflect business priorities and inspire diverse audiences across EMEA</li><li>Lead the Disney Store EMEA Brand Ambassador programme, fostering authentic connections with our community</li><li>Adapt social content and captions to resonate with local markets across EMEA</li><li>Brief and guide creative development in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners to produce compelling social content</li><li>Deliver a multi-channel strategy that supports both physical retail locations and e-commerce platforms across EMEA</li><li>Collaborate with the CRM Manager to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across email and social campaigns</li><li>Monitor performance metrics and audience engagement to refine future content strategies</li><li>Use social listening and guest feedback to deepen understanding of our audience and uncover new engagement opportunities</li><li>Schedule posts across Disney Store social platforms and implement tracking for performance reporting</li><li>Build strong relationships across The Walt Disney Company to maximise collaboration and campaign impact, including with North America teams to share insights and drive efficiency</li><li>Brief photography needs for EMEA social channels and capture ad hoc content to support real-time storytelling</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Digital marketing related degree desirable and/or demonstrable experience of e-commerce marketing, preferably for a European multi-channel retailer</li><li>Experience of managing social media channels including Facebook and Instagram, essential</li><li>Knowledge of analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, essential</li><li>Experience of social media scheduling tools, essential</li><li>Experience of social listening tools such as Brand Watch, preferred</li><li>Proven experience of collaboration across departments to achieve joint objectives</li><li>Ability to work autonomously to drive and deliver commitments</li><li>Demonstrates a creative and commercial view with a focus on ROI</li><li>Commercial with good understanding of brand management</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels of the business</li><li>Ability to successfully manage priorities and deadlines whilst adopting a flexible approach</li><li>25 days annual leave</li><li>Private medical insurance & dental care</li><li>Free Park Entry: the opportunity to enter any of our parks with your family and friends for free</li><li>Disney Discounts: entitled to discounts on designated Disney products, resort F&B and ticketing</li><li>Excellent parental and guardian leave</li><li>Employee Resource Groups - WOMEN @ Disney, Disney DIVERSITY, Disney PRIDE, our new disability & neurodiversity focused group - ENABLED, and our Mental Health & Wellbeing Group, TRUST.</li></ul><p>The Walt Disney Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
