We are currently looking for a talented social media assistant to join our team at Layrd Design. We are a dynamic and innovative commercial interior design studio based in Waterbeach, on the outskirts of the vibrant city of Cambridge. We specialise in creating exceptional interior spaces that inspire creativity, functionality, and a unique sense of identity for our clients. Job Title: Social Media Assistant Full Time position with flexible working hours Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company\'s goals. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Manage social media accounts on a daily basis. Track and analyse social media performance. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends. Collaborate with other team members on marketing initiatives. Manage all social media for Layrd Design and its associated brands. Qualifications Required: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline. Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices. Creative and innovative thinker. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. To succeed in this role, you will need: A deep interest in interior design and a knack for capturing its essence in your marketing efforts. Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and website maintenance. Strong communication skills to convey the essence of our projects to diverse audiences. Confidence behind the camera, capturing high-quality content both on-site and in the studio, with experience in photo and video editing software. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe, Affinity or Canva to create engaging visual content. An innovative and creative mindset that can contribute fresh ideas to our marketing strategies. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
