Greetings!

We require an experienced Site Admin/ Storekeeper for our company.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Stores Management:

 Overseeing overall Store activities, implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations, improve storekeeping standards & achieve maximum cost savings.

 Handling stores operations ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the site works & distribution process.

 Raising MRFs as per the requirement given by the PM to do the local purchasing and update it in the EPC Log

 Follow up on all Deliveries - of items where PO’s are issued with Vendors.

 After receive of the material on site, update the GRN entries in ERP on the same day basis

Inventory Management:

 Sustaining the existing network & managing the supply chain for items, ensuring timely distribution of the material to site or site personnel. and ensuring safe + organized storage of material on site with no wastage

 Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries.

 Managing daily inward and outward of materials, Updation of record books/store register, maintenance of maximum and minimum stocks.

 Manage Loading/ unloading of containers and trucks for Deliveries with safety

Labour Management:

 Attendance of manpower to be recorded regularly with OT and same to be submitted to PM for sign off on daily basis.

 Updation of attendance in the Google sheet.

 All issues from labor related project to be directed to PM with detailed report.

Health and Safety:

 Maintain site Safety Signages (Ensure all sites discipline is maintained - Everyone is in uniform and has all the PPEs).

 Maintain Cleanliness standards on site- use labors to ensure sites are always kept clean and presentable

Experience: 5+ Years (As a Storekeeper/ Site Admin)

Experience in Construction / Interiors (Luxury Villas)

Experience in any GCC Preferred.

Salary: Up to AED 4000 + Accommodation + Transport.

Location: Dubai, UAE.
