SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

You will be responsible for understanding and working within a team to maintain and enhance our entire online web presence. The ideal candidate will work closely with the content team to plan and execute strategies to enhance lead acquisition. You will be the subject matter expert on SEO and SEM with technical skills to create & implement marketing strategies using the latest tools and techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Strategize, plan, budget, launch, and scale the overall marketing presence and brand-awareness.
  • Identify how to reach target audiences (nonprofit organizations) for our proven product, and develop clearly defined strategies and tactics to drive awareness and sales for the business.
  • Publish all brand communications content, from newsletters, blog posts, social media posts, press releases, etc.
  • Create, handle, and own a monthly social content calendar to deliver optimized content for each platform using applications such as HubSpot and Mailchimp.
  • Manage and execute social media strategies on social channels (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), and Instagram).
  • Stay on top of the latest social trends, new platform features, and best practices across all social platforms and other new media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to disseminate content to meet objectives, including but not limited to case studies, infographics, videos, reports, white papers, etc.
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Design and optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with the Sales team to understand how our inbound marketing activity converts to customers, and continually refine campaigns to improve results.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
  • Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success.
  • Optimize website content, updating the site using CMS software.
Compensation Package
  • $60,000 - $110,000 USD
  • Bonus (2 times/year)
