They the understanding of key business priorities/processes and internal and external best practices to learning solutions. Partners with key divisional stakeholders to identify performance needs and gaps, collaborates with design experts and operational support points on desired performance and business oues. Builds and maintains strong business relationships and learn from and insights from an integrated learning network. Success in this role depends on a candidate's ability to adult learning theory in his/her area of responsibility, collaborate with others to design and deliver high impact learning solutions, and deliver business value through learning interventions.Required: Bachelor's degree required with 6 years of related experience (4 years with Master's degree) Minimum 1 year of leadership experience and minimum 1 year of experience facilitating / delivering learning solutions or relevant pharmaceutical/oncology experience Competencies: Business Acumen: Ability to engage with colleagues around business strategy, goals, and business oues, and make sound business decisions External Orientation: external best practices in area of responsibility.
