Position Overview:

Dynatron is seeking a highly skilled Senior Reporting & Communications Officer to support its Global Project Management Consultancy and Terminal operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting professional reports, presentations, and written communications that clearly and effectively convey technical and strategic content to clients and stakeholders.

This is a senior-level position, critical to ensuring the clarity, quality, and visual consistency of all documentation produced across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Documentation

  • Draft, edit, and finalize weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports for client terminals and PMC activities
  • Work with technical and operational teams to gather input and translate it into professional documents
  • Maintain consistency in format, language, and structure across all client-facing reports

Presentation Development

  • Prepare high-impact PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, internal reviews, and strategic proposals
  • Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, engaging visuals and narratives
  • Incorporate charts, diagrams, icons, and formatting to improve clarity and readability

Business Communication & Writing

  • Write executive summaries, formal letters, internal memos, and client correspondence as needed
  • Review and polish communications drafted by team members to ensure professional tone and structure
  • Assist in the creation of proposals, strategy papers, and internal announcements

Template & Branding Management

  • Develop and maintain standardized templates for reports and presentations
  • Ensure all documents align with Dynatron’s branding and professional standards

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with engineers, project managers, and executives to shape content from meetings and notes
  • Proactively suggest improvements in how Dynatron communicates its work and value to clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, Law, Engineering or any related discipline
  • 7+ years of professional experience in technical writing, corporate reporting, or business communications
  • Native or near-native command of written English
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in or around industrial projects, engineering firms, or energy/oil & gas operations preferred
  • Strong visual and layout skills to produce client-ready documents

  • Highly articulate and detail-oriented
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent listener, able to absorb information and synthesize it into clear outputs
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, technical environment
  • Reliable under tight deadlines with strong organizational skills
