Job Description


Job Responsibilities



  1. Manage categories operations, including controlling new product launch rhythm, planning events, traffic management, and promoting marketing initiatives.

  2. Develop and execute a merchandise assortment plan for assigned categories to meet financial targets.

  3. Engage in OTB meetings with the Planning team to meet sales, profitability, and inventory turnover goals.

  4. Forge and nurture strong vendor relationships, seeking new partnerships that bolster SHEIN's product offerings.

  5. Oversee visual shooting and implementation in the category, ensuring visual effects meet style expectations.

  6. Continuously analyze market trends across social media platforms and competitor landscapes.


Job Requirements



  1. 10+ years of experience in Buying, preferably within an e-commerce fashion or apparel industry.

  2. A track record of successful vendor negotiations, emphasizing product quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

  3. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace for effective data analysis and presentation.

  4. A Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Production, Design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  5. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

  6. Strong prioritization, project management, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail.
