The Programme Manager (1 day per week, 36 weeks) will be responsible for the smooth coordination, delivery and monitoring of the project.</p><h2>Job Description</h2><p>About the Project</p><p>Delivered by Sands End Arts & Community Centre, Faces of Fulham is an ambitious new intergenerational film and photography project that invites young people aged 7-25 to step behind the lens to celebrate the \"local legends\" in their lives. Participants will learn filmmaking and photography techniques from professional artists, creating a unique time capsule of Fulham life seen through a new generation\'s eyes.</p><p>The programme will be delivered across multiple sites in Fulham and will culminate in public exhibitions, screenings and a final celebration event.</p><p>Role Overview</p><p>The Programme Manager will be responsible for the smooth coordination, delivery and monitoring of all strands of Faces of Fulham. Working closely with the SEACC Director, lead artists, partner organisations and participating young people, they will ensure the project runs efficiently, inclusively and to schedule.</p><p>This role combines practical project management, stakeholder liaison, safeguarding oversight, and partnership coordination. The Programme Manager will also support recruitment for three paid shadow artist roles and contribute to writing a follow-on funding application to sustain the programme for future years.</p><p>Freelance role: 1 day per week over 36 weeks (December 2025 - August 2026) with the possibility to extend, depending on additional funding.</p><p>Flexible working, with a mix of remote admin time and on-site coordination as needed.</p><p>Occasional evening/weekend attendance required for key events (with notice).</p><h2>Job Requirements</h2><p>Person Specification</p><p>Proven experience in managing multi-partner community arts or youth projects.</p><p>Strong organisational and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple strands of work.</p><p>Understanding of safeguarding, inclusion and risk management in community and educational settings.</p><p>Experience working with artists and schools.</p><p>Commitment to inclusivity, accessibility and community-led approaches.</p><p>Experience with intergenerational or film/photography-based projects.</p><p>Knowledge of Arts Council England funding or similar grant processes.</p><p>Familiarity with Hammersmith & Fulham community networks.</p><h2>Job Responsibilities</h2><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Project Coordination & Delivery</p><p>Develop and maintain a detailed project timeline, delivery plan and risk register.</p><p>Oversee weekly delivery across all project strands (activity in schools, youth clubs, at SEACC).</p><p>Liaise with partner organisations to coordinate schedules and documentation of participant engagement.</p><p>Safeguarding & Inclusion</p><p>Ensure all facilitators, shadow roles and staff hold enhanced DBS checks.</p><p>Uphold SEACC\'s safeguarding, inclusion and health & safety policies across all activity.</p><p>Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting</p><p>Collect feedback and data from participants, facilitators and partners.</p><p>Support production of project documentation and final evaluation for funders and stakeholders, including London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.</p><p>Funding Development</p><p>Work alongside the SEACC Director to draft an ACE application for continuation funding (Years 2-3)</p><h2>Job Overview</h2><ul><li>Job Title: Faces of Fulham Programme Manager at Sands End Arts & Community Centre</li></ul><p>Please send your CV and a short (half a page maximum) covering letter detailing how your experience meets the Person Specification outline to Polina Tyan at communications@seacc.uk by Monday 24th November at 9am at the latest.</p><p>Sands End Arts & Community Centre, an independent charity (charity no. 1191900) is a new, purpose-built arts and community centre on the corner of South Park, Fulham.
