Our solution helps patients and families access essential radiology services at fair prices and without surprise bills, all while delivering immediate savings and ROI for employers and payers on every exam.We’re looking for a proactive and versatile Systems Administrator to oversee Salesforce and a broader suite of tools that support our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams—including Sales and Customer Success. You will play a critical role in configuring and maintaining our systems, ensuring they are optimized for scale, data integrity, and cross-functional alignment. This role is ideal for someone with strong Salesforce experience who is also excited to manage adjacent platforms and integrations that drive operational efficiency across the customer lifecycle.RequirementsResponsibilities:• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Salesforce, supporting Sales, Customer Success, Providers, Finance, and Member Services.• Own administration and user support for related GTM systems (e.g., CS platforms, ticketing systems, billing tools, or customer engagement platforms).• Manage user access, roles, permissions, profiles, and licenses across platforms.• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support team performance and decision-making.• Create and manage custom Salesforce objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and page layouts.• Implement process automation and system workflows using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and other relevant tools.• Maintain data integrity across systems through imports, deduplication, and ongoing audits.• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and translate them into scalable system configurations.• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues, system errors, and integration gaps.• Keep documentation of system architecture, processes, and configurations up to date.• Stay current on platform best practices, upcoming releases, and opportunities to enhance functionality across tools.Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar systems admin role supporting GTM teams.• Salesforce Administrator Certification required (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus)• Experience with broader system administration across Customer Success and Sales, ticketing, or finance support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Gainsight, HubSpot, NetSuite, etc.).• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and configuration.• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and third-party tools (APIs, middleware, etc.).• Proficiency in building dashboards, reports, and automated workflows.• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with multiple teams.• Comfortable working independently in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.BenefitsCompetitive salary and bonus structure:• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance• Flexible work schedule and remote work options• Opportunities for professional development and career growthOneImaging is an equal opportunity employer.
