The ideal Reservation Agent will:

  • Have experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Be commercially minded with the ability to upsell effectively.
  • Stay solution-focused and positive when faced with challenges.
  • Thrive as a team player and contribute to our vibrant culture.
  • Take pride in their work, reflecting COYA’s high standards.
  • Experience with SevenRooms and/or OpenTable is preferred but not essential.
