They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Junior Project Coordinator to support Project and Product Managers in planning, executing, and completing projects while ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.Responsibilities• Support senior project and product managers in developing project documentation, website development workflows, and content management procedures.• Execute and independently lead smaller-scale projects.• Help to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligned with business objectives.• Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting meeting outcomes.• Ensure timely communication and dissemination of project information to all team members.• Facilitate collaboration between Development, HR, Design, and Marketing departments on website-related projects.• Monitor timelines and milestones to ensure projects are on track.• Maintain documentation and update project trackers and knowledge bases.• Prepare and distribute project-related documents and reports.• Maintain clear communication channels between technical teams and business stakeholders across different departments.• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all website projects and deliverables.• Work with AI tools for research and prompt engineering purposes.• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and recommend actionable improvements to business processes.Skills• At least 1 year of experience in project management or a similar role in the IT sector is required.• Website project management experience.• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.• Strong analytical skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including structuring, drafting, and maintaining project-related documents.• Fluency in English (written and verbal), Ukrainian or Russian is required.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.• Interest in business process improvement, research, and continuous optimization.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for multi-departmental coordination.• Practical experience with G-suite, JIRA, Confluence, and Figma (nice to have).Company Overview• DEMAND EXCELLENCE DELIVERED It was founded in 2012, and is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
