Job Summary:

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Flight Reservation Agents. In this role, you will assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, and travel-related inquiries while delivering top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in booking, modifying, and canceling flight reservations.

  • Provide accurate fare quotes, travel policies, and itinerary options.

  • Resolve customer issues related to flight reservations, refunds, and travel disruptions.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations, fare structures, and industry trends.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and efficient service.

  • Utilize reservation systems and booking software to process transactions.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to service level agreements.

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in travel, tourism, or a related field is a plus.

  • Prior experience in airline reservations, travel agencies, or customer service is preferred.

  • Proficiency in using global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an advantage.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.

  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.

Experience:
