We are actively hiring people to help chat with customers over live chat via Instagram Checkout. This is a new but fast-expanding role, and we are keen to hire good people. These are remote positions, meaning that you can do the work online from anywhere. However, we have a particular need for more applicants from the United States. What you will be doing: We are seeking a live chat agent to join our team and assist with providing customer support through the Instagram Checkout live chat feature. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving customer issues, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong ability to multitask. You should also be able to work independently and handle multiple live chat conversations at the same time. A background in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required.
