Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Airline Helpdesk Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting airline customers with booking inquiries, flight changes, baggage issues, and general airline-related support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and ticket modifications.

  • Address customer concerns regarding baggage policies, check-in procedures, and airline regulations.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to online bookings and payment transactions.
