About the positionResponsibilities• Complete continuous visualization of the resident via remote monitoring equipment.• Continuous visual observation of resident(s) always using room safety camera to identify potential harm to self or others.• Communicate with facility nurses to determine when cameras should be adjusted for privacy during daily care, physician visits, etc.• Obtain a verbal report from the resident's nurse, including ambulation limitations and course of action for redirection, care needs, diagnosis, and any special considerations.• Collaborate with the manager for concerns not requiring immediate physical intervention.• Observe the resident's activity and behavior and redirect the resident as needed.• Immediately notify floor nurses of the need for physical intervention.• Identify safety risks and communicate the need to escalate assistance to the residents.• Function cooperatively as a team member, responding to directives by responsible nurse to changing resident's/unit's needs.• Communicate in a professional manner and demonstrate respect for the residents, families/significant other and other health care members.Requirements• High School diploma or equivalent required.• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in healthcare is preferred.• Certification as a Certified Nurse's Aide (CNA) or Medical Assistant preferred.• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.• Ability to work under pressure.• Experience of working in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.• Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.Benefits• Medical, Dental and Vision - Voluntary Life/Disability• 401(K) and Roth 401(K)• PINNACLE Workforce Development earn an additional dollar raise each year• Shift Differentials and Weekend Enhanced Hourly Rates• Tuition Forgiveness/Education Reimbursement• Uniform Allowance (Seventy-Five Dollars) with hire and continuous allotment• Pay Advance and Next Day Pay!• Paid Time Off (PTO)• Reward & Recognition Program (HEART)
