Our client, a leading UK holiday and flights specialist, is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join their marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced digital/performance marketer to develop their career. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will support the execution of Performance Marketing channels, including PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliates and Web Analytics. You will be highly analytical, with a strong attention to detail and a minimumof 2 years experience across acquisition-led marketing channels. Your role will be key in increasing online acquisition and retention for the brand. ***Key responsibilities will include**: - Support the planning and execution of Performance Marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Affiliates) to increase sales - Utilizing web analytics platforms to measure and report on digital campaign performance - ROI reporting - Working closely with creative teams and agencies to deliver assets - Ensure the delivery of co-op funded Performance Marketing campaigns - Manage communication with third-party media agencies - Work effectively with all stakeholders and teams across the business **Key skills and experience required**: - Educated to degree level, ideally a marketing or business related degree - 2-3 years experience in executing campaigns across Performance Marketing channels - Strong experience of PPC and/or Paid Social, SEO, Affiliates - Strong analytical experience with analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau - Excellent ability to prioritise and manage different tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Strong organisational skills - Excellent attention to detail **_VMA_**_GROUP is a leading international interim, contract, temporary and permanent recruitment and executive search specialist.
