**Part time Customer Service Advisors** **Temporary roles** **Hourly rate £10.84 per hour** *** **Temporary start on 24**th** January - minimum of 3 months with the opportunity to go permanent** *** **Working Hours** 09:00 - 14:00 Tuesday to Saturday 12:00 -17:00 Sunday - Thursday Important -Training will be from the 24th January for 8 days. The training times will be 11:00 to 17:15. You will then go onto your chosen shift. *** **The Role** We are looking for experienced and well-spoken individuals who have a passion for delivering great customer service. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. You will be first point of contact to customers all over the world in a busy, high volume, supportive contact centre. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to all customers first time, every time. - Informing customers of deals and discounts available - Helping with all ad hoc enquiries i.e., where's my order, how much is delivery, returns policy, cancellations, and complaints *** During the 3-month probationary period, you will work through Tate Recruitment on a timesheet basis (weekly pay). There will be no further probationary period upon being made permanent and you will be rewarded with the company benefits from Day 1. This role is office based during the 3-month probationary period but once you go permanent, you can decide whether you want your working arrangement to be Office-based, Home-working or a Hybrid arrangement.
