Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Online Real Estate Listing Assistant to support our growing real estate operations remotely. This is a dynamic work-from-home position perfect for individuals with a keen eye for detail, excellent data entry abilities, and a passion for the real estate market. You will be responsible for managing property listings, updating online portals, and ensuring that all property data is accurate, visually appealing, and up to date across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and maintain property listings on various online real estate platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, MLS, etc.).

  • Coordinate with real estate agents and brokers to gather property details, images, pricing, and descriptions.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all listing information, correcting any discrepancies.

  • Upload high-quality images, floor plans, and virtual tour links to enhance listing appeal.

  • Monitor listings for expired or outdated information and update as necessary.

  • Track listing performance metrics and provide weekly reports to supervisors.

  • Communicate with clients to obtain missing documentation or clarify listing requirements.

  • Manage online listing schedules and property availability status.

  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as email follow-ups and document uploads.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and listing platforms.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software tools quickly.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar data entry, administrative, or real estate support role preferred.

  • Freshers with strong digital skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

  • Familiarity with online real estate platforms is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours available (choose between part-time or full-time).

  • Must be available for a minimum of 3–4 hours per day.
