We're currently seeking experienced and certified coaches with expertise in hormone and menopausal health to join our team.The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver high-quality coaching to our upper echelon clientele of menopausal age. We develop personalized programs for clients therefore you need to be comfortable speaking on various nutrition topics, menopause, hormones, stress/stress management, and fitness. Building rapport with each one of our clients comes first - therefore, you have a natural motivation to inspire and support others at every step of their health and wellness journeys.The teamYou will be joining a strong team with high talent who delivers world class results. Our team is driven by delivering and building the future of online menopausal health coaching and helping our clients feel their best.Key Responsibilities• Ability to work M-F full time hours (40 hours a week)• Conduct thorough assessments and consultations to understand the individual health, fitness goals, and hormonal needs of clients.• Provide expert advice on nutrition and dietary choices to support hormonal health and overall well-being.• Deliver high-quality coaching via online platforms such as video conferencing and messaging• Communicate clearly and with confidence in a one-on-one situation in a client escalation• Provide education and create education resources to clients as necessary to help them achieve their health goals• Maintain accurate and thorough client records and documentation weekly• Ongoing continued education with the latest research and developments in hormone health, menopause, and fitness coaching.Requirements• Minimum of 3 years of experience online health coaching where you have helped clients see results in weight loss, building muscle, optimizing hormonal health, improve relationship with food• Degree in Nutrition and/or Nutrition certification from a recognized accredited program (i.e. National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching, NASM, Registered Dietitian, etc.). Bonus: Specialized training or certification in hormone health and menopausal health.• Understanding and knowledge around Perimenopause, Menopause, Metabolism, Hormones, Stress, & Gut Health• Empathetic and compassionate attitude towards clients who may be sensitive, vulnerable, or concerned about their weight and lifestyle; experience with motivational interviewing is a bonus.• Value personal growth and development and becoming the best version of you within a company• Ability to produce world class results with clients that lead to monthly referrals, testimonials, and resigns• Confident, professional communicator with excellent written/verbal digital skills and a motivating attitude• Reliable internet connection and proficiency in using online coaching platforms, virtual meeting tools, and fitness tracking software as work is 100% remote.• Able to work full time hours and attend 3 team meetings per week• Flexibility to work in evenings and morningsIf you're ready to break free from the ordinary, help women achieve their fitness goals, and grow with a dynamic team. Range will be from $48,000 - $80,000.
